Store Manager
Earning Potential: $65,000-$90,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, one-on-one customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep solutions.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and store upkeep.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising to company standards.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
- Take ownership of your store’s performance and success.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (sales experience is a plus, but not required).

- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned store.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
